Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about pricing, ID, online notarization and how it all works.
What's the difference between mobile and online notary?
With mobile notary, I travel to your location to notarize in person. With remote online notarization (RON), we meet by secure video and you notarize from anywhere in Texas — no travel needed.
How much does notarization cost?
Remote online notarization is $25 per stamp. Mobile notary is $10 per signature plus a travel fee that's always quoted and agreed before your appointment. Loan signings and apostilles are quoted per job.
What ID do I need?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — such as a Texas driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport or military ID — for every signer.
Can you notarize in Spanish?
Yes. I'm fully bilingual and happy to walk you through the process in Spanish so you understand every step. (A notary verifies signatures and identity; I cannot give legal advice.)
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Often, yes — including evenings and weekends. Call or text (214) 972-8126 and I'll do my best to fit you in.
Is online notarization legally valid?
Yes. Texas fully authorizes remote online notarization on an approved, recorded audio-video platform with identity verification. It's accepted for most documents.
Can you tell me which document to sign or give advice?
No — Texas notaries are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or prepare legal documents. I'll notarize correctly and can refer you to the right professional if needed.
Please note: Katrina Titze is a Notary Public commissioned by the State of Texas. A notary public is not an attorney and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Notarial fees comply with Texas Government Code §406.024; travel fees are quoted and agreed in advance.
